Specialist courses to support you…

Our Courses are designed and written to support you through your training goals. Our next ‘Level Up’ weight course will be announced on here.

The courses we currently run are:

Small Group Weight Training ‘ENTRY’ Course

We focus on education, technique and form in these sessions, you will learn how to correctly perform exercises effectively, to get the best results from your workouts.

This is a 4 week online course, specifically written with beginners and intermediates in mind. You will need at least 3/5kg Dumbbells as a minimum to participate in this particular course.

No previous weight training experience needed, and we support you in a small group, so that we can keep a watchful eye over you on screen, and mentor you off screen too.

We have a minimum number of space available on these courses - We advise that you do this course prior to moving on to the ‘Level Up"‘ Course. A great way to learn moves with the support of an experienced Personal Trainer.

Small Group Weight Training ‘LEVEL UP’ Course

Minimum of 5kg Dumbbells ideally required for this course (3/4kg is doable). Or a Barbell if you have access to one.

This is a course which follows on from the ‘Entry’ course, where we still work in small groups, building on your repetitions, endurance and strength, through many different weighted only exercises.

A great way to get a fab weight training session in with an experienced Personal Trainer to help you.

Small Focus Group Personal Training

This course is coming soon and will largely prioritise supporting you in carrying out your exercises correctly, we will be using dumbbells. This is a great place for you to get comfortable with your training, and learn lots about different muscle groups, under the watchful eye of your trainer, who will mentor you on and off screen.

We have a minimum number of space available on these courses.

1-2-1 Online Course With Online Class Bolt On

4 x 1 hour sessions online with your trainer, specifically designed around you and your goals. You will need to have equipment for these sessions (Dumbbells and or Kettlebells, resistance bands, and a good workout mat).

This course also includes 4 inclusive weeks of online classes from our timetable.

The course runs over 4 weeks.
