Mum of 3 boys and a little lady, My fitness journey started in 2013, when I started working for Virgin Active as a GM for one of their largest racquet & health clubs, I learnt a lot from the fast paced corporate life, and managing 100+ staff. Prior to to this I was an operations manager, sales & marketing in the hospitality industry.

My career has always been very important to me, before and after children, but I always knew I wanted to run my own business one day, which would add value to peoples lives!

In 2015 I ran the London marathon for 'Christie’s hospital", whilst pregnant with my first child! And fitness has been a huge part of my life ever since.

I started Back To It Personal Training, with a view of helping people feel comfortable, happy and have fun in a training environment!

Mum of two young children in my thirties based in Rugby. I started going to Back to It classes after having my second child. I found it really tricky to lose my baby weight after having my first, and I realised it might have had something to do with the fact that I didn't move very much!And, so I was really keen to get "Back To It" as soon as I was able to after my second and it made such a difference.

I had so much more energy (even with the sleepless nights - and there were lots of those)! And I was able to get back into my non-maternity jeans so much quicker this time round. I am previously from a Law background but since having the children I was looking for something different.

When the opportunity came up to be a part of Back to It family I jumped at it. I completed my Level 2 fitness and Level 3 Personal Training assessments and undertook a further course in Antenatal and postnatal fitness and Boxercise. I love what I do and helping people to achieve their fitness goals.
