The perfect and most convenient way to train around a busy life, there are no more excuses.

We offer a variety of different sessions, Pre & Postnatal adaptions are given for ALL of our workouts and classes. Classes are recorded and you can assess them whenever you like for that calendar week, and do them as many times as you like.

Below is a brief description of each session:

.FatBlast:12 / FatBlast:15

A convenient 12 / 15 minute fast paced bodyweight workout - Leaving you energised and feeling like you've given 100% . Reaching high cardio and peak heart rate zones - Workout with minimal rest, easy to follow.

we use a simple routine for several rounds and it’s finished before you can even think about it - Great for those who want to slot in a quick workout around busy live.

Postnatal Mum & Baby Group PT
This class is for new mums from the point of which they have had their 6-10 week postnatal GP check-up.
The session lasts 35 min.
We will focus on pelvic floor, and all exercises are sensitively adapted to a new mums body, and at the same time giving you a great workout and burn lots of calories.
The classes are warm, friendly and welcoming, with other mums in the same boat as you - You will be individually motivated to push yourself, and if baby needs you, that's ok. You can stop to feed them and pick up where you left off, or we can involve baby in your workout too. There has never been a more effective and convenient way to train as a new mum, and no equipment required.

BoxHiiT:20 / BoxHiiT:30

A great 20 / 30 min workout for all the family from your living room incorporating Boxercise and bodyweight exercise routines
No need for gloves / pads or any previous boxing experience, no equipment required.

BoxKiiCk

A great 30 min workout for all the family from your living room incorporating Boxercise and bodyweight exercise routines, using boxercise kicks too.
No need for gloves / pads or any previous boxing experience, no equipment required.

LiiT / Focus Class.

A 20 min low intensity interval training workout. Designed for those who want to start off slowly, work on form, if you are postnatal and those who have not trained for a while, no equipment required.

Savage Saturday

High Intensity Interval Training session. A great 30 min full body workout for all the family, no equipment required.

Ignore the name - It’s not that savage!

WeighTiiT

This is an all over weighted session. But we will sometimes prioritise our focus on muscle groups and areas of the body, using Dumbbells ideally, but can be adapted with Kettlebells. These sessions will typically be carried out using timed reps, but sometimes we may use numbers of reps as an alternative. The session will last either 30 / 40 minutes depending on the timetable.

Mobility & Movement

This session is great to work those hinges and get a good range of movement and mobility in your body - A 25 minute session.

ABS & Core

A 12 minute session dedicated to your abs and core muscles.

This pass lasts a full 7 days from the point of purchase, and it can be purchased any day and time. Classes are as per timetable, and recording held for 7 days on demand use.
