We are still running at a strict capacity for the safety of our clients and trainers, and we also have to adhere to rules in line with hall hire risk assessments to ensure we have details for everybody on site.

If you wish to change the sessions booked, you can do so, within the timeframe of your pass, up to 24 hour hours prior to the class start time of which you need to cancel by Messaging Laura using the Gymcatch portal (booking system)

Our Group Personal Training Classes are for all abilities and pre and postnatal adaptions are always given.

These classes are held in and around the Rugby area - Functional equipment and weights are used, in a circuits and bootcamp style format with lots of variety and fun.

Our group sessions are a fabulous way to meet new friends, and train in an extremely welcoming, encouraging, friendly and motivational environment. Where any ability is welcome. 

These classes are incredibly popular, and booking is essential. There are lots of packages to choose from which offer great value, click on the class you are interested in and the packages available will appear - Below is a brief description of each session:

BoxFiiT (BOXERCISE)- Adults Only

Boxing and HiiT training combination workout - No equipment or experience required

Back To It MUM - Mum & Baby Postnatal Class

Back To It Mum is a fun, friendly and welcoming group PT class, the session lasts 40 minutes. The classes are a great excuse for you and your little one / ones, to get out of the house, meet new friends, and do something positive for you! Bring baby along for the distraction and fun!

You can join these classes once you have had your 6 week postnatal GP sign off (10-12 weeks following C-Section). We make sure your safety comes first, and look after you and your baby

It doesn’t matter whether you have never exercised before, exercised throughout your whole pregnancy, or feel sick at the thought of exercise, our promise is to look after, and support you. We will check your ab separation (Diastasis Recti) and work on your core and pelvic floor, we will teach you how to improve, and over time repair issues, and we speak openly about pregnancy, motherhood and our postnatal bodies. We will never use fancy jargon, and we never EVER judge.

We won’t promise that you will “SNAP BACK” straight away, that is unrealistic, your body changes so much throughout pregnancy and birth, but we will get you fighting fit, you will learn to love your body and appreciate the journey it has been on, and we will get some incredible results.

We have been doing these classes since 2017, and worked in the fitness industry for 8+ years, your trainers are mums too!

Sinead is mum of 3 (nearly 4). And,Laura is a mum of 2, so between us, we understand the juggles in life, and you are in safe hands!

Group Personal Training - Adults Only

A great way for you to meet new friends, workout in a safe, fun and welcoming environment, and get results.

These sessions are for all abilities, and pre and postnatal adaptions are given for all of our workouts. We use a bootcamp / circuit style class to put together the best all over body workout you have ever had, before you know it, the 45 min will be over, and you will have burnt upwards of 500-600 calories!
